SHIPPING

Orders will ship within 10 business days via USPS First Class mail. Delivery date cannot be guaranteed due to the uncertainties of the Covid-19 pandemic and impacts on our mail carriers, but you will receive a tracking number once the package is shipped. We appreciate your business and patience as we navigate these uncertain times. PILIPINX AKO is a labor of love and a one-woman business.


PACKAGING

All items are packaged carefully to maintain their integrity and original shape. We reuse and upcycle bubble wrap and packaging when possible and source 100% post-consumer recycled content packaging when we need to buy new, in line with our deep commitment to sustainability.


RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REPAIRS

At this time we do not accept returns. Any order can be exchanged, but please note that buyer pays for return shipping. Please reach out for any exchange questions as we will always try our best to acommodate.

We are happy to repair any reasonable damage to our products (when possible) free of charge, even after they have been worn. Please get in touch if you have a repair request.
